Mavi Freedom Fund
Financial freedom. Ownership.
A future that is yours.
Mavi Moments invests 1% of its revenue and 10% of its time in programmes that help women take more control of their money, their assets and their future.
Mavi Moments invests 1% of its revenue and 10% of its time in the Mavi Freedom Fund.
Through this programme we help women take more control of their financial lives. From a grip on everyday money matters to buying a home of their own, building wealth and creating an income from property.
Our contribution is not only money.
We also put in our time, our knowledge, our experience and our professional network. We develop programmes, share practical property knowledge, arrange access to specialists and support women in taking a concrete next step.
Because financial freedom does not begin once you have plenty of money. It begins when you understand where you stand, know which options are open to you and make a plan that fits your life.

More than a first home
For many women, a home of their own is an important step. It offers not only a place to live, but also stability, a way of building wealth and more independence.
But financial freedom is broader than that.
It is also about:
- not being entirely dependent on a partner, an employer or your family
- understanding what happens financially when you move in together, marry, divorce or emigrate
- saving, investing and building wealth deliberately
- arranging your pension and financial future independently
- understanding how property can contribute to wealth and income
- being able to make choices from possibility rather than from financial fear
That is why the Mavi Freedom Fund is not aimed at one type of woman or one income level.
The programme is meant for women who first need to rebuild their financial base, and equally for women who are already in a good financial position but are not yet using their income, savings or property deliberately for their own future.
From a financial base to financial freedom
We work in stages. Every woman starts wherever she stands right now.
- 01
Calm and clarity
The first step is understanding what comes in, what goes out and what needs attention.
Practical subjects include:
- getting a clear picture of income and spending
- listing debts and paying them down step by step
- dealing with arrears
- building an emergency buffer
- organising your financial paperwork
- separating short-term from long-term goals
- moving from constantly reacting to money to planning ahead
The aim is not perfection. The aim is calm, clarity and a realistic first step.
- 02
A financial plan of your own
Once the base is in order, there is room to look ahead.
We help women think through:
- personal financial goals
- saving, investing and building wealth
- pensions and financial independence
- financial risks within relationships
- what moving in together, marrying, divorcing and emigrating actually mean
- protecting your own income and assets
- a plan for the next five, ten and twenty years
A good income is not automatically the same as financial freedom. Without insight and a plan of her own, even someone who earns well can remain financially vulnerable.
- 03
The road to a home of your own
For many women, owning a home is an important form of security and a way of building wealth.
We help with:
- working out which home is financially realistic
- understanding purchase costs and monthly outgoings
- drawing up a personal savings plan
- getting documents and tax returns in order
- building a financial file a bank will take seriously
- learning to understand and compare mortgages
- going into conversations with banks and mortgage professionals prepared
- guidance while preparing a first purchase
Not a vague dream about buying a house one day, but a concrete plan with steps you can actually take.
- 04
From a home to wealth
Beyond being a home, a property can also be part of a wider financial strategy.
For women who are further along, we focus on questions such as:
- how can I build wealth through property
- does buying, letting or renovating make sense for me
- how do I calculate returns, costs and risks
- how can a second home generate an income
- what does financing mean for my overall financial position
- how do I stop property from mainly costing money, time and energy
- how do I make a long-term plan for ownership, income and retirement
- how do I arrange property soundly in legal and tax terms
None of this is about getting rich quickly. It is about planning deliberately, understanding risk and using property in a way that fits the owner's life and goals.
- 05
Access to trusted professionals
Financial freedom also means knowing when you can act yourself and when specialist guidance is needed.
The Mavi Freedom Fund wants to give women access to a trusted network that includes:
- banks
- registered mortgage brokers
- tax advisers
- notaries
- lawyers
- estate agents
- budget coaches
- financial planners
- property professionals
- women entrepreneurs and investors
Mavi Moments provides financial education, property knowledge and general preparation for buying and financing.
Personal financial advice, mortgage advice, credit intermediation, tax advice and regulated investment services are always provided by qualified and registered professionals.
For women at every financial stage
You do not have to be debt-free, wealthy or fully prepared first.
The programme may be relevant if you:
- have hardly any overview of your money
- want to resolve debts or arrears
- want to build a buffer
- are financially dependent on a partner
- earn well but build little wealth of your own
- have to start again after a divorce
- want to know whether a home of your own is realistic
- already own a home but have no long-term strategy yet
- want to develop an income from property
- want to protect your financial future better
- want to build wealth for yourself or your children
The starting point differs. The goal is always the same: more knowledge, more ownership and more freedom to choose.
How the fund begins
The Mavi Freedom Fund is being built up step by step alongside Mavi Moments.
For this, Mavi Moments sets aside 1% of its revenue and 10% of its time on a structural basis.
We are starting with:
- practical financial courses
- workbooks, step-by-step guides and calculation tools
- personal savings and ownership plans
- preparation for conversations with banks
- education on buying and on property
- gatherings with trusted professionals
- personal support for women who want to take a concrete next step
As the fund grows, we also want to contribute towards necessary advisory and purchase costs, more intensive personal guidance and programmes that actively support saving, learning and financial progress.
We also invite professionals, entrepreneurs and organisations to contribute knowledge, time, expertise, access or funds.

Financial freedom is not reserved for women who already have money
It emerges when knowledge, planning, ownership and access come together.
A woman who understands her financial position can make different choices. A woman who builds wealth of her own widens her freedom. And a woman who has a place that is truly hers creates not only a home, but a foundation for her future.
